Mindfulness is being aware of what’s happening right now, connecting and being in the present moment. And in that now, the trick is to allow thoughts and emotions to come and go without judgement and overreaction.
Today, we’ll learn how to activate and energize conscious breathing.
DAY 2
Breathing A Star Breath

Patience
This playful meditation tool is available to you any time you feel you need patience. A great little game that helps you focus and calm the mind, so waiting feels like time just flew by.
Today, we’ll focus our energy on strengthening our patience muscle.
DAY 3
Calming Breath

Empathy
A wonderful practice that invites you to calm your breath, so that you connect and understand your feelings and the feelings that might be experienced by others.
Today, we’ll be cultivating empathy, which will give you the power to see with clarity and care.
DAY 4
Stretch Out Body Breath

A simple practice of linking up our body movements with our breath to help activate our ability to respond to any given moment and expand the possibilities of our choices — no matter what happens in the world around us.
Today, we’ll practice response ability: having the ability to respond to one Self and others.

Metta Breath

Compassion
You envision and exercise your love in your heart by sending yourself loving wishes and kindness. You then multiply these loving wishes by sending them out to others you care for in this world.
Today, we’ll embrace compassion and learn to act with love.

Bumblebee Breath

You play with the sensation of feeling the vibration of the bumblebee, which can help drown out any noise, either from inside or outside, that distracts you from your honest, authentic self — your true self.
Today, we learn how to trust and listen to our feelings, to be comfortable and confident in our skin.

Eye Gazing Breath

This is an awesome game for two, that will help you feel like you belong. It opens you to people that see you, hear you, .support you, that help you learn, or that can help you rise back up when you have fallen down.
Today, we’re gazing into each others eyes, to trust and connect us to our deepest insights.

Vocal Toning Breath

Transcendence
Through the vibration with your voice, you can stimulate and energize your Vegas Nerve (your longest nerve in the body). It is responsible for the regulation of your internal organ functions, like your digestion, heart rate, your breath, and much more.
Today, we’ll learn how to stimulate a deeply relaxing sound through our vocal cord that clears your mind and makes you fly.

Healing Breath

Radiance
With your super abilities and your magical life force, you may become a magnet that pulls in the positive support from others, like your friends, for example. It can help you bring your dreams to life, or anything that you like to imagine to become reality.
Today, we’ll be doing a very special and powerful method of breathing that will allow you to shine your beautiful gift of radiance.

As you practice the belly breath, you’re thankful to all the thinks your body does for you: like your heart pumping blood all throughout your body, your brain listening and understanding the words you’re hearing, your eyes blinking and seeing the world around you, your lungs breathing. Thank your body for all it does for you.
Today, we’ll slow down to notice our super human abilities and be grateful for who we are.
